These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptology Philippines regarding your purchase. No other representations, warranties, or agreements not contained herein shall be binding.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you qualify under one or more of the above categories. Peptology reserves the right to request proof of professional credentials and to cancel orders from unverified buyers.
Certain products in our catalog (including GLP-1 class compounds such as Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, and Retatrutide pens; botulinum toxins; and other prescription-class items) are regulated under Philippine FDA rules. For these products:
Minimum order: ₱3,000 per order (excluding delivery fees).
Accepted payment methods: GCash, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment details are provided at checkout or via WhatsApp confirmation.
Order confirmation: Orders are considered placed upon receipt of payment proof. Peptology will confirm order acceptance via WhatsApp within 24 hours on business days.
Pricing: All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price for that order.
Wholesale discounts: Tiered volume discounts apply as displayed in the catalog. Discounts are applied at checkout and confirmed in the order summary.
Carriers: LBC Express, J&T Express, and Lalamove. Carrier selection depends on destination and product type.
Free shipping: Orders of ₱6,000 or above qualify for free standard shipping.
Cold-chain products: Temperature-sensitive products (GLP-1 pens, NAD+, Rejuran Healer, and other refrigerated items) ship with blue ice or dry ice packs and insulated packaging. Cold-chain handling fees apply. Peptology is not liable for degradation caused by buyer's inadequate storage after delivery.
Delivery timeframes: Metro Manila: 1–2 business days. Provincial: 2–5 business days. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery address: Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Peptology is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
All Peptology compounds are sourced from verified manufacturers and tested by independent third-party laboratories (an independent lab, Czech Republic). A Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming identity and purity (≥98%) is available for every batch.
COAs are provided upon request and displayed in the Peptology COA portal. If you receive a product and have questions about batch testing, contact us via WhatsApp and we will provide the relevant COA.
Products are sold "as is" for research use only. Peptology makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that the products are suitable for any particular research or therapeutic purpose. Peptology does not provide medical, clinical, or pharmacological advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Peptology disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Peptology's total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Peptology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to: adverse reactions from misuse or self-administration, loss of research data, regulatory penalties arising from buyer's improper handling of regulated compounds, or damages from improper storage after delivery.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
Peptology reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at peptology.com/terms. Continued use of our services after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
