1. Our Quality Guarantee

Every Peptology compound is tested by an independent lab (independent HPLC laboratory, Czech Republic) before shipping. We guarantee:

  • Correct identity confirmed by mass spectrometry
  • Intact, properly sealed vials with matching batch COAs
  • Cold-chain handling for all temperature-sensitive products

If our product does not meet these standards, we will make it right β€” replacement or full refund, at our discretion.

2. Eligible Grounds for Refund or Replacement

Wrong item received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong peptide, wrong concentration, wrong quantity), we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Return of the wrong item may be required.

Transit damage: If the product arrives visibly damaged (broken vial, punctured packaging, crushed box), take photos immediately and report within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item after verification.

Compromised integrity: If a vial arrives with a broken seal, discoloration, unusual odor, or visible contamination that was not caused by buyer handling, report within 48 hours. We will replace.

Cold-chain failure: If a temperature-sensitive product (GLP-1 pens, NAD+, Rejuran) arrives without intact cold packs and you have reason to believe the cold chain was broken, report the same day with photos of the packaging and ice packs. We will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Purity dispute: If you have independent lab testing results showing the product does not meet the purity stated on the COA, submit the third-party test results within 14 days. If verified, we will issue a full refund for the disputed batch.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or partially used
  • Change of mind, overstocking, or no longer needing the product
  • Adverse reactions, unexpected outcomes, or individual response to a compound β€” these products are for research use only and are not intended for personal treatment
  • Errors in ordering (wrong product selected by buyer)
  • Delays caused by couriers (LBC, J&T, Lalamove) after handoff to carrier
  • Products stored incorrectly by the buyer after delivery
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago (except purity disputes, which are 14 days)

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • 1Message us on WhatsApp at +63 977 797 8367 within the applicable timeframe. Include your order number (format: PEP-XXXX).
  • 2Send evidence: Clear photos or video of the damaged/wrong item, packaging, and tracking label. For cold-chain issues, include photos of the ice packs and inner packaging temperature.
  • 3Wait for assessment. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility via WhatsApp.
  • 4Resolution: Eligible claims are resolved by replacement shipment (preferred) or store credit / GCash refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

5. Returns Shipping

For cases requiring physical return of the product, Peptology will provide a prepaid return label (for Metro Manila) or reimburse documented return shipping costs (provincial) after the claim is approved. Do not return items without prior authorization β€” unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without penalty before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been received and the order is processing, cancellation is not possible for perishable, temperature-sensitive, or custom-sourced items. For standard lyophilized compounds, cancellation before dispatch may be possible at Peptology's discretion β€” contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
