From a fish collagen tripeptide of about 480 daltons that you drink, to an intact 300,000-dalton triple helix your doctor places in the skin. Every number on this page comes from a lab report we hold.
Log scale. Our products are shown in teal and gold. The grey markers are typical category values, included for comparison.
Gelatin, collagen peptides and most "collagen" ampoules have had the triple helix broken apart. Full-length, triple-helix collagen can still only be extracted from tissue, and doing it cleanly at scale is hard. Our maker extracts it at low temperature, removes the part of the molecule that triggers immune reactions, and freeze-dries it with hyaluronate so it ships at room temperature and dissolves in minutes.
Three intact chains of native structure. Gelatin is 10 to 70 kDa, and peptides are 0.3 to 20 kDa.
Type I collagen sequence close enough to ours that skin reads it as familiar matrix.
The ends of the chain cause most collagen immunogenicity. Their removal is confirmed by mass spectrometry.
A hundred-million-fold titre reduction, validated to the guideline for animal-derived implants.
Irradiated in the sealed vial for single use. The raw collagen is at least 99% pure.
Freeze-drying solves two old problems: bioactive collagen that had to stay cold, and dry collagen that would not dissolve.
Type I collagen for repair and regeneration, and sodium hyaluronate for instant hydration.
No cytotoxicity, sensitisation, irritation, systemic toxicity or genotoxicity was found.

+94.4% filaggrin in a 3D bilayer skin model against control. Filaggrin is a key source of the skin's natural moisturising factor.
+20.2% human fibroblast growth at 4 mg/mL against control.
These are the maker's in-vitro data, not human clinical claims. Day-15 case photos (wrinkles, pores, spots) are in the maker's dossier.
A medical-device collagen house with more than 20 years in the field. Its Type I collagen is used as a national industry reference standard, and it holds national and US FDA device master files. Its registration as a Class III implant is under review in its home market.

PN and PDRN tell skin to repair. ATELO-300 is the collagen matrix itself, and they can be used together.
The first collagen injectables were bovine, needed skin tests and lived in a fridge. This one is porcine with the telopeptide removed, room temperature, with HA built in.
Recombinant does not mean a helix. Ask any supplier for CD, DSC and electron-microscopy data.
This is a qualitative comparison of categories, not head-to-head testing. Brand names identify categories only.
The trial benchmark is the low-MW collagen peptide used in published trials. GPC measures size, not sequence.
Bioactive peptides only, from raw material to powder.
Automated lines across 4 production bases, plus overseas warehouses.
Peptide preparation and green enzymatic processes.

Type III is the "baby collagen" that skin loses first. This recombinant human Type III has passed tests that confirm each other: an intact triple helix, and self-assembly into dense fibres with the D-period banding of native collagen.
