Why hydroxyproline
Hydroxyproline is an amino acid found almost only in collagen. A real figure for it shows the powder really is collagen, not a cheaper protein.

One level 10 g scoop from the pouch.
Stir into 200 to 300 mL
Water, juice, coffee or a smoothie, hot or cold. It dissolves clear and does not thicken.

Same time daily is easiest to keep. Morning coffee works well.

Skin turns over slowly, so consistency matters more than a big dose once.

Fish skin and scales are washed dozens of times in natural spring water, about 250 tons of water for every ton of powder.
Cut, on purpose
Directional enzymatic hydrolysis cuts the collagen at chosen points, down to tripeptide size.
Purify
Food-grade activated carbon up to 13,000 mesh, then filtration and desalination.
Ion exchange
Multi-channel ion exchange takes out odour and impurities and keeps the trace minerals.
Concentrate, sterilise, dry
