Scope. Supplied as a cosmetic skin booster for dermal injection. It is not registered with the Philippine FDA. Uses beyond dermal skin boosting are off-label and need clinical judgement and documented consent.
Two cores. One freeze-dried sponge.
Repair and regeneration
Type I bioactive collagen, the skin's own scaffold protein, is delivered with its structure intact so it can do what collagen does.
Hydration and filling
Sodium hyaluronate quickly replenishes skin moisture while the collagen gets to work.
Why freeze-dried
- No cold chain. Bioactive collagen used to need a fridge. Lyophilized, it ships and stores at room temperature for three years.
- It dissolves. Pure dry collagen is notoriously hard to dissolve. With the hyaluronate and buffer, it goes clear in 2 to 3 minutes.
- Fresh at the chair. You reconstitute it just before use, so nothing sits in solution on a shelf.
Most collagen is broken. This one is whole.
A collagen molecule's job is set by its structure. Only an intact, stable triple helix, three chains wound together, can do everything collagen does in the body. Heat and harsh hydrolysis unwind it into gelatin and peptides.

Two problems, solved.
Immunogenicity
The non-helical ends of each chain, called telopeptides, are where most of collagen's immune reactivity sits. They are cut off enzymatically, and peptide mapping by LC-MS/MS found no N- or C-terminal telopeptide residue: 100% removal.
Viral safety
The viral inactivation step gives an 8-log reduction in titre (a hundred-million-fold), validated to the guideline for animal-derived implantable devices. Porcine DNA residue and α-Gal are also measured.
Biocompatibility (ISO 10993)
What it did in the lab.
Filaggrin breaks down into the skin's natural moisturising factor and holds the barrier together. In a 3D bilayer skin model, the collagen raised filaggrin expression by 94.4% against control. In human fibroblasts, 4 mg/mL collagen raised proliferation by 20.2%.
In short, the collagen stimulates the skin to make its own collagen, and the hyaluronate keeps it hydrated while it does.
Honest scope. These are in-vitro and preclinical results, not human clinical claims. The maker's day-15 case photos (wrinkles, pores, spots) are available to clinics on request.

Content tests are read on the vial reconstituted to standard strength (about 3 mL). Pack: sealed 7 mL glass vial, gold crimp, white flip-off cap. Store dry at 2 to 25 °C.
Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Single use: discard any remainder.
You set the strength.
Add sterile water for injection without sodium chloride, then shake for 2 to 3 minutes. It is ready when nothing is visible and the bubbles have risen. Concentration = mg ÷ mL; the dry sponge adds almost no volume.
| Water added | Collagen & HA, each | Feel | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 mL | 12 mg/mL | Dense gel | Deep dermis |
| 2 mL | 6 mg/mL | Medium | Under-eye, dense booster |
| 3 mL · standard | 4 mg/mL | Light injectable gel | Full-face booster |
| 5 mL | 2.4 mg/mL | Thin | Glide, film, large area |
Wipe the septum
Alcohol on the stopper. Keep the chain sterile from the septum to the skin.
Add water, shake 2 to 3 minutes
Use sterile WFI without NaCl, then wait for the bubbles to rise.
Inject shallow
Intradermal at about 1 mm: microdroplets or nappage with a 32G 4 mm needle.
Where it goes, how much.
| Area | Strength | Volume | Vials |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full face | 4 mg/mL | 2 to 3 mL | ~1 |
| Under-eye, both | 6 mg/mL | 0.5 to 1 mL | ~0.3 to 0.5 |
| Neck | 4 mg/mL | 2 to 3 mL | ~1 |
| Décolleté | 3 to 4 mg/mL | 3 to 4 mL | 1 to 1.5 |
| Hands, pair | 4 mg/mL | 1 to 2 mL | 0.5 to 1 |
| Post-laser / peel | 2.4 to 4 mg/mL | sterile film over the area | ~1 |
| Microneedling / RF | 2.4 to 4 mg/mL | glide and film | ~1 |
Do not use with a known collagen or foreign-protein allergy, or active infection or inflammation at the site. Route periorbital cases to your most experienced injectors.

vs Korea
PN and PDRN tell skin to repair. ATELO-300 is the matrix itself, and the two can be used together.vs the USA
The first collagen injectables were bovine, needed skin tests and lived in a fridge. This one does not.vs "recombinant"
Recombinant does not mean a helix. Ask for CD, DSC and electron-microscopy data. This is a qualitative comparison of categories, not head-to-head testing. Category names identify approaches only.
More than 20 years of medical collagen.
ATELO-300 comes from a medical-device collagen house, not a cosmetics trader. Its six core technologies cover the whole chain from tendon to sealed vial.
High-purity preparation
Raw collagen at least 99% pureVirus inactivation
8-log reduction, validatedEnzymatic extraction
Low temperature keeps the helix intactImmunogenicity removal
Telopeptide cut, verified by mass specRaw-material pre-treatment
Young-animal tendon, degreased, traceableFinal sterilisation
Irradiated in the sealed vial- Its Type I collagen is used as a national industry reference standard
- It holds a national device master file and a US FDA device master file
- It was first in its market with a sterile Class III collagen patch, and with scale production of both extracted and recombinant collagen
- This its Class III implant registration is under review in its home market
