2e · About Your Drip
A physician reviews every answer here before any infusion is given.
What are you hoping this does for you?
Before you decide
• Using IV glutathione to lighten skin is not an approved use . The Philippine FDA has issued advisories about it.
• The evidence for lightening is limited and short-term , and skin tone generally returns once the drips stop.
• Serious reactions have been reported — severe skin reactions, kidney and thyroid problems, and infection from unsafe IV practice.
• This is a cosmetic choice, not a treatment . Nobody here will tell you a shade or a timeline.
Have you had IV drips like this before? How many, and when?

2g · Methylene Blue
Two questions on this page decide almost everything: what you already take, and whether you have had a G6PD test. Please answer both carefully.
What is it for?
Not an approved use
Methylene blue is approved for one thing: a specific blood disorder. Using it for energy, focus or longevity is off-label , the evidence is early, and the safety questions below still apply in full — they are not a formality.
Tell us what you are hoping it will do
Medicines that must not be combined with it
Methylene blue interacts dangerously with antidepressants and several other common medicines. Are you taking any of these?
Antidepressants of any kind (SSRIs such as sertraline or fluoxetine, SNRIs such as venlafaxine, tricyclics, MAOIs) · tramadol · triptans for migraine · linezolid · lithium · St John's wort · dextromethorphan cough syrup.

2h · Sexual Health Tablets
One question on this page matters more than all the others: whether you take nitrates. Please read it carefully.
What are you looking for help with?
Nitrates — the one that can kill
Taken together with these tablets, nitrates can drop your blood pressure to a fatal level. Do you use any of the following?
A spray or tablet under the tongue for chest pain (GTN, nitroglycerin) · isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate · a nitrate patch · nicorandil · poppers (amyl or butyl nitrite, sold as room odouriser or leather cleaner) · riociguat for lung blood pressure.
If the tablet contains dapoxetine
Dapoxetine is the ingredient that delays ejaculation. It is a short-acting antidepressant-type medicine, so it carries the same interaction list.
Antidepressants of any kind (SSRIs such as sertraline or fluoxetine, SNRIs such as venlafaxine, tricyclics, MAOIs) · tramadol · triptans for migraine · linezolid · lithium · St John's wort · thioridazine.

2i · Wakefulness & Focus
Before anything else: why you are tired matters more than what keeps you awake.
What is going on?
Why are you tired?
Daytime sleepiness is a symptom, not a diagnosis. The commonest cause is sleep apnoea, which is treatable and which raises blood-pressure and heart risk if it is missed. A few questions, and then a tablet is a much better idea.
If you could become pregnant
These tablets make hormonal contraception less reliable — the pill, the patch, the ring and the implant — and the effect lasts about a month after stopping. This is not a small print item: it is the commonest way someone on this medicine has an unplanned pregnancy.

2j · Sleep, Nerve Pain, or Memory
Three different medicines sit here and they are not interchangeable. Which one applies decides everything below.
Strong painkillers and sedatives
Taken together with these tablets, strong painkillers can slow your breathing dangerously, especially while you sleep. Do you take any of the following?
Tramadol · codeine (including cough syrup) · morphine · oxycodone · fentanyl patches · nalbuphine · methadone · or a sleeping tablet, anxiety tablet, or muscle relaxant such as diazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam or midazolam.
No human safety data exists
The memory compound here has never been through a human clinical trial . There is no approved dose, no known long-term effect, and no established safety profile — not "limited evidence", none. Your physician can discuss what is and is not known, and the questions below still apply.
Have you ever had difficulty stopping a medicine, alcohol, or another substance?
Asked because these medicines are ones people can become dependent on. It is not a reason to be refused care — it changes how you are supervised.
Have you taken any of these before?

2k · What Is Being Injected
Fat-dissolve and botulinum are different medicines with almost nothing in common except the needle. Tick everything planned for this session — people often have more than one on the same day.
Botulinum — nerve and muscle conditions
Botulinum works by weakening muscle. In some nerve and muscle conditions that effect spreads and can affect swallowing or breathing. These are not "be careful" items — they mean this medicine is not used at all.
Fat-dissolve — where, and what has happened before
These solutions work by breaking down tissue where they are placed. That is the point, and it is also the risk if they go into the wrong layer.

Strong numbing cream
High-strength numbing cream is absorbed through the skin. Spread over a large area, or covered with cling film to work faster, enough can reach the bloodstream to affect the heart and brain. People have died this way before laser and microneedling appointments. It is safe when the area and the time are controlled.

2l · Numbing Cream Or Local Anaesthetic
It is the same medicine whether it goes on the skin or under it. What decides whether it is safe is how much reaches the bloodstream — and it is the cream, not the injection, that catches people out.
Which are you having?

How the cream will be used
High-strength numbing cream is absorbed through the skin. Spread over a large area, covered to work faster, or left on too long, enough can reach the bloodstream to affect the heart and the brain. People have died this way before laser appointments. Controlling the area and the time is what makes it safe.

2m · About The B12 Injection
B12 injections are safe and often genuinely needed. The one thing that goes wrong is starting them before anyone has found out why the level is low.
What is it for?
The blood test has to come first
Once you have had one injection, your B12 blood level stays high for months and stops meaning anything. If nobody drew blood first, the reason for the low level — which can be treatable, and can be something other than diet — can no longer be found. It is a few days of waiting, once.
Have you had a B12 blood test?
— select —
Yes, within the last 3 months, and I have the result
Yes, but over a year ago, or I do not have the result
No, never
Yes, but it was taken after I had already had injections
Laughing gas
Nitrous oxide — laughing gas, whippets, balloons, or the gas used in dentistry and childbirth — inactivates B12 inside the body. It matters here because it can damage nerves while the blood test still reads normal , so a plain B12 result would wrongly say everything is fine. Asked to get you the right test, not to judge.

Tick anything that applies. This helps us see if a hormone (BHRT) work-up could help — even if PCOS has never been diagnosed.

Separate question — do you still have your uterus?

Any of these symptoms?
3c · Men's Hormone Health
Tick anything that applies. This helps us see if a testosterone (TRT) work-up could help.
3d · How You Will Take It
Same medicine class, two very different routines. Which one suits you is a real clinical question, not a preference.
A daily tablet only works if it is taken daily . Missing an injection by a day matters little; missing tablets is the commonest reason an oral programme fails, and it fails quietly — it looks like the medicine not working.
